The Robin Velvet Dress is a Women's Long Velvet Dress cut in a clean column from bust to ankle, with no waist seam to interrupt the line and nothing added to compete with the fabric. The pile is short and dense, shifting from deep shadow in the folds to a soft bloom where the light opens across the surface.
A wide, rounded scoop neck sits low and open across the chest, and each fine spaghetti strap runs through a small flat slider at the shoulder so you set the drop once and it holds. Worn over a fitted turtleneck with flat shoes on a January evening, or on its own for a holiday dinner, the dress steps back and lets the velvet carry the moment.
The column falls straight from the bust and opens into a very slight flare at the ankle, with a plain continuous hem and no split or vent.
