Where we ship

We deliver to addresses in the United States only.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, and every parcel is tracked.

How long it takes

We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days, then it spends 7 to 9 business days in transit, so delivery takes 8 to 12 business days in total. Orders placed before 5pm ET on a business day start processing that day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Where your order ships from

Orders are shipped by our international fulfillment partner and travel with tracked international carriers.

Duties and import taxes

All duties and import taxes are covered by us. Nothing is charged to you on delivery.

Tracking your parcel

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow it any time on our Track your order page.

Checking your address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct it before your order ships.

Late, lost, or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived after 12 business days, or tracking stops moving, email us. We open an investigation with the carrier and then send a replacement or a full refund. If a parcel arrives damaged, email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we will put it right under our Refund policy.
