Dima Boutique (dimaboutique.com) is operated by Zobaidi LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 14607399), registered office 24, 26 Arcadia Avenue Fin009, London, United Kingdom, N3 2JU. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include shipping, duties, and import taxes. Any other taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Accepted methods are listed in our Billing terms. If a price is shown in error, we contact you before your order ships and you can cancel for a full refund.

Products

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Each product description includes a size chart in US sizes.

Using this site

You agree to use the site lawfully and to give accurate information when ordering. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission. All content on this site, including text, images, and the Dima Boutique name, belongs to Zobaidi LTD or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Our liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the United States, you keep the protections of the consumer laws of your state. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most issues are resolved by email.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
