Structured around a waist seam that sits at the narrowest point of the body, this Women's Peplum Blouse draws its shape from soft unpressed pleats that fall from each shoulder and converge at a center-front closure of three small covered buttons. Below that seam, two stacked tiered frills flare across the top of the hip, the upper frill slightly narrower than the lower, giving the silhouette its defining volume exactly where it counts.
The deep collarless V neckline runs the full length of the bodice from the shoulder seam down to the waist, while lightly built-up shoulders keep the line clean and upright. Long set-in sleeves finish at plain, unadorned cuffs, and the plain back carries no zipper or rear fastening, so the front detail reads without interruption.
