Made for the months when faux leather would normally stay in the closet, these pants are cut from a polyurethane-faced outer with a fine, close grain and a low even sheen, and lined the full length of the leg in a brushed fleece that keeps the fit warm without adding bulk to the silhouette.
The rise is high and the waistband flat, with belt loops, a single button, and a zipper fly, so the front sits cleanly at the natural waist and the straight leg falls as an unbroken column from hip to hem, full enough to break over a boot or a sneaker. Two curved pockets sit at the front hip seams, and the plain back with no pockets keeps the rear smooth.
Wear them with a fine knit and a flat shoe on a cold weekday, then carry the same pair through to a heel and a blazer when the evening calls for it.
