Cut from wool in a classic Trench Coat silhouette, the Emil sits with a slim, tailored straightness through the chest and torso. Epaulettes on both shoulders, each fastened with a small metal buckle strap, add structure at the top while the wide notched lapel lies flat and open at the chest.
A zipper chest pocket on the left breast keeps the front clean, and belted cuffs with metal button hardware finish the sleeves with the same considered detail found at the shoulders. The coat falls to approximately knee length, long enough to layer over a full outfit without interrupting it.
